The Rhino Wrangler provides independent training materials, videos, resources, and certification programs for educational purposes only. This platform is designed to help users better understand equipment, workflows, safety practices, and operating procedures.

2. Independent Entity Disclaimer

The Rhino Wrangler is an independent training program and business entity. The Rhino Wrangler is not owned by, operated by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by DeMichele Group.

Any references to equipment, software, machines, processes, or workflows are for training and educational purposes only. The Rhino Wrangler does not represent DeMichele Group and does not provide official DeMichele Group support, warranties, software licensing, machine subscriptions, or manufacturer-authorized certification.

3. Payment Disclaimer

Payments made to The Rhino Wrangler are payments for access to The Rhino Wrangler training platform, training services, and proprietary certification program only.

Payments to The Rhino Wrangler do not replace, satisfy, reduce, or apply toward any DeMichele Group software subscriptions, machine subscriptions, service agreements, support plans, licensing fees, or other amounts owed to DeMichele Group.

4. Rhino Wrangler Certified

“Rhino Wrangler Certified” is a proprietary training certification issued by The Rhino Wrangler. It is not a government certification, OSHA certification, manufacturer certification, or DeMichele Group certification.

5. Assumption of Risk

Machinery operation, fabrication, automation, electrical systems, and shop work may involve risk of injury, death, equipment damage, production loss, or financial loss.

By using this platform, you agree that you are solely responsible for how you apply the training and that all training should be used alongside employer policies, official manuals, manufacturer instructions, applicable laws, and proper safety procedures.

6. No Guarantee of Results

The Rhino Wrangler does not guarantee specific results, performance improvements, production outcomes, machine performance, or business results from use of this training.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Rhino Wrangler, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for personal injury, death, machine damage, software issues, production delays, lost revenue, or any other damages resulting from the use or misuse of this training platform.

8. Account Access

Users may not share login credentials, resell access, copy training materials, download restricted content, or distribute platform content without written permission from The Rhino Wrangler.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

Access to the platform may require a setup fee, subscription, renewal fee, or other payment. Failure to maintain an active account may result in loss of access.

10. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the training platform, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
